Kathy has extensive experience in website usability and has a keen eye identifying online behaviors. Her digital philosophy ensures that what’s developed addresses consumer’s online behaviors today and is scalable for tomorrow. Her interactive product development experience spans across mobile, web, social media, CRM, paid search, online sponsorships and more. She’s constantly researching what’s next and develops strategic roadmaps for clients – letting them know when the time is right to enter those digital channels.
